Dear Liz,
I hope you can help me. I’ve been job-hunting for almost nine months with no luck. I’ve had a few job interviews but no offers, not even a second interview. I suspect it’s because of my age (53) because I have tons of experience and great skills. Age discrimination is real. It takes hours to fill out those online job applications and it’s very discouraging to hear nothing back from the employer. How can I find an employer who won’t care about my age?
