We Have Too Many Law Schools, and Way Too Many Lawyers

The law school bubble is deflating since we have far more people with legal credentials than there are jobs. Recently the Education Department decreed that Charlotte School of Law would no longer be eligible for federal student aid. The right would be to stop subsidizing law school entirely.
