Wages Are Finally Starting to Rise, But Not For the Middle Class

Across the country, tentative signs show that wages are finally starting to rise faster, especially in industries such as trucking. But wage gains have been very uneven, concentrated at the top and bottom of the wage scale. That's worsening a long-term trend of a declining middle class.
