Memo to Fed: Now Would Be a Good Time to Put Rate Hikes on Hold

Jobs: Businesses added 155,000 new jobs in November, well below the 190,000-plus expected by Wall Street. The jobless rate stayed at 3.7%, lowest since 1969. And yet, many viewed the jobs report as a "disappointment." If so, why is the Fed still considering a rate hike this month?
