Jim Cramer: We're Out of the Woods


The Dow is up 5% in the last three days and is up in four of the past five sessions.  What does this mean for the economy?  Jim Cramer thinks things are looking up.  The seven black holes he identified last year have been filled and the investing outlook is looking much brighther than it did two months ago.  The bottom line, according to Cramer, is that we are out of the woods and it's time to start buying.
