'New Financial Foundation' Plan to Be Released This Week
President Obama and his economic team led by Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and Larry Summers, director of the White House National Economic Council, are preparing to unveil the biggest overhaul to the nation's financial system in more than 70 years later this week.
