Netscape founder Marc Andreessen discusses his new venture capital firm, Andreessen Horowitz, in an interview with Kara Swisher. The $300 million fund will focus on technology startups and according to Andreessen, is "aimed purely at investing in the best new entrepreneurs, products, and companies in the technology industry."
