Abby Cohen: S&P at 1050-1100 by Year's End

|

Goldman Sachs' senior investment strategist Abby Joseph Cohen predicts the S&P could rise by as much as 10%, to 1100, by year's end.  Cohen goes on to say, "We do think that the new bull market has begun" and that March 2009 could mark the end of the recession.  Jobs losses are slowing, some job creation is happening and an improving inventories number is a figure to watch in the coming months and could lead to a positive GDP number in the third quarter.
