Costa: 'Not Drinking the Kool-Aid; Market's Way Ahead of Itself'

"If I was a betting man, I'd be selling into these rallies any chance I got. The recovery is still a long way off. I think we still have a lot of things to go through; you have unemployment, you have the U.S. government that is going to be totally bankrupt in a year and half when they have to pay all these bills. Things are not looking all that great."
