Disappointing U.S. Jobs Growth in May

The U.S. economy added 431,000 jobs in May, nearly all from census hiring. The private sector added only 41,000 jobs. The unemployment rate fell to 9.7%. WSJ's Phil Izzo, Sudeep Reddy, Dennis Berman and Evan Newmark discuss.
