"Greece wants bargaining chips and it's playing hardball with the rest of Europe. It's obviously not getting what it wants in these discussions. That is ultimately the way that a political union or a continent that is on a path towards political union should work," Stephen Gallo, head of market analysis at Schneider Foreign Exchange told CNBC Monday in a discussion on Greece's threat to pull out of the euro. He added that a Greek exit would "create havoc" in Europe.
