Famed for his market timing, hedge fund manager Doug Kass thinks the time to pull the trigger and buy stocks is right now. Kass says, "The business media is being hyperbolic and emotional about [the fiscal cliff]. I feel very strongly that the market's fears of a fiscal cliff are overblown."
