MARIA BARTIROMO: What are your expectations of the jobs number on Friday, and how would you characterize things?
ART LAFFER: It'll probably be right in the middle [200,000 to 220,000 jobs].
It has been the worst recovery ever for the last eight years. I mean it's just been deadly...It's been a bad 15 years.

But the thing that's really the problem is that this administration treats taxpayers as criminals and people to be controlled rather than customers.
