In a recent interview, President Barack Obama attempted to explain the “structural changes” that have led to a stagnant economic recovery. “When you go to a bank you use the ATM, you don’t go to a bank teller,” he said. “Or you go to the airport and you use a kiosk instead of checking in at the gate.” It seems the rise of the machines is occurring in 2011 after all, just as James Cameron predicted.
