At the start of high school for my cohort, the world wide web was still caught in a period of minimal utility. The information on it was sparse and difficult to sift through. We then grew up alongside the Internet as it gained ground in providing the world with easily accessible answers to all of lifeâ??s questions. We grew accustomed to faster and faster responses to our queries, streamlined summaries of books, instant translations. Search engines became progressively more intuitive and our concept of what could be obtained with the simplest of gestures inflated itself, whether we recognized it or not.
