If, as they say, bull markets “climb a wall of worry” then the seamless shift from fretting about Greece to today’s focus on Iran may be no bad thing. But with the memories still fresh of what the rising price of crude did for the global economy in 2008 and 2011, it is hard to be too relaxed.
