Canada Says: 'Free the Alberta Captive Crude!'

An important Canadian captive must be freed, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper made clear in his new budget last week and in a speech delivered in Washington. Canada’s new rallying cry is: “Free the Alberta Captive Crude!”
