A study released this week from BankRate.com noted that 76% of Americans say they are not more inclined to invest in the stock market right now, at a point where interest rates on savings accounts and certificates of deposits are at record lows but the stock market is at new highs. Thatâ??s the same percentage as a year ago, before the market had scaled new heights.
