Sometimes as an analyst, you put yourself out there and, frankly, you feel like an idiot while you're doing it. You might start off quite convinced in the correctness of your view, but then the stock market throws a few curves and complicates the pattern -- while meanwhile, most of the other traders you respect are taking the opposite side of the trade from you. Eventually you worry that maybe you're "creatively" interpreting the stock market to fit your original bias.
