The Fed Is Oblivious (With One Exception)

The Federal Reserve largely appears oblivious to the havoc it is fomenting, in spite of the lessons of history. One noted exception is Philadelphia Fed president Charles Plosser, with his call for severe limit's to the Fed's powers.
