The U.S. equity market has been something of an oasis for investors since its now gray-haired bull run began in 2008. These days, however, the outlook has become a little less rosy. Currently stretched U.S. equity valuations, an imminent and tightening U.S. presidential election, and the likelihood of a December rate hike by the Fed only add to the climate of uncertainty.
