Comcast Found Another Way to Rip Off Consumers

It's not bad enough that Comcast and other cable companies are monopolies, jack up their prices without notice, and charge different people differently, and have co-opted the FCC. They also disconnect your service and charge big reconnect fees if you underpay last month's bill by just a penny.
