Like Other Goods, Wine Should Move Freely Across State Lines

Most of the states do not permit shipments of wine directly to consumers from out-of-state retailers. That's an affront to our principles of interstate commerce. Years ago, the Supreme Court ruled against restrictive laws, but unfortunately has backed away.
