"HQ2" May Be Turning Point In Business Attraction Incentives

Amazon wants billions of dollars in tax breaks and subsidies in order to choose a city for a new, second headquarters complex. They may get it, but if taxpayers are lucky this will be a turning point and the beginning of the end to these wasteful business attraction incentives.
