Marco Rubio's Criminally Negligent Child Tax Credit Amendment

Senator Marco Rubio (R-Florida) has offered an amendment to the tax reform bill to increase the child tax credit beyond what tax reform already does. Unfortunately, he has paired this with a poison pill, coalition wrecking pay for, hiking the corporate income tax rate set by the tax reform proposal.
