SCOTUS Will Soon Decide: Uphold Contract Clause, Let It Die?

In a case soon to be argued, the Supreme Court will decide whether to breathe life back into the mostly ignored Contract Clause or continue to let it die slowly expire. The result we should hope for, I argue, is a clear declaration that the Clause means just what the Founders intended.
