It is no secret that Americans are dissatisfied with their government. More than half the country disapproves of President Biden. 75 percent disapprove of Congress. At a time people are spending nearly $300 more per month because of inflation, our leaders appear devoid of any economic solutions that don’t involve more taxes or more spending. But as the nation looks for reforms that could make their lives easier, they should take note of the bill Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) and Rep. Rick Allen (R-GA) introduced this week: the Employee Rights Act.
