I’ve always thought that if everybody would just listen to me and do as I say, the world would be a better place. Indeed, it would be a nirvana like utopian paradise where trains would run on time, and everyone would be happy and better looking.
As I sit down to write this column, there are a dozen major news events that have occurred in the past 10 days. It’s hard for someone as persnickety and opinionated as I am to limit my musings to just one topic. Moreover, I know many of you are lost with how to interpret the news cycle, and need my commentary, i.e. wisdom, to make sense of current events and thus achieve a sense of Zenful bliss.
