In many Western European countries, the general consensus is that Trump should be viewed in a negative light. The author of this book, the German journalist Ansgar Graw, who spent many years as a correspondent in the United States, is among those who take a critical view of Trump. However, Graw’s recently published book Die Ära Trump (English: The Trump Era) stands out for its nuanced approach and avoids falling into the trap of painting a simplistic black-and-white picture of Donald Trump.
