Trump Tariffs: Bad Economics, Bad Politics, & Unconstitutional

An injunction from the little-known Court of International Trade “permanently enjoined” President Trump on Wednesday from enforcing many of his tariffs under the 1977 International Economic Emergency Powers Act.
