Woops, the Antitrust Cops Kicked Paramount Out of CA

California’s leftwing Attorney General Rob Bonta last month blocked the blockbuster $100 billion Paramount merger with Warner Brothers. We argued on these pages that this veto of the merger would be a critical blow to already-struggling Hollywood and that the union workers would come up the big losers.
