Oracle sent a force majeure notice on a New Mexico campus whose pipeline still lacks a permit. Holtec, which builds nuclear reactors, suspended a $900 million offering and cited uncertainty in data center development. Aggreko, which rents industrial generators, pushed its listing back. The last two are a step removed from data centers, making it clear that the market is repricing a whole category.
