John Gwaltney

Dr. John Gwaltney served as President of the Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) in Reno, Nevada for 18 years. He is also a former full-time community college economics professor and served eight years on the Nevada State Board of Education. He is now semi-retired but continues to teach part-time at TMCC and is a respected voice for educational reforms at the Nevada Legislature.
