Joseph Duggan

Joseph Duggan is a partner in Argus Reservoir Monitoring, developing the first permanent downhole seismic transmitters. He formerly was a speechwriter in the White House for the late President George H.W. Bush and in Saudi Arabia for the CEO of Aramco. A quarter century ago, he was a public affairs consultant to the Venezuelan oil ministry and national petroleum company. During the Reagan administration, he was a State Department advisor on ballistic missile defense and nuclear arms control.
