J. Thomas Bentley has extensive experience in the financial industry, specializing in tax and accounting structure of merger and acquisitions transactions. He co-founded Alliant Partners in 1996 through the merger of Bentley Hall & Co. with Von Gehr International, which in 2001 was acquired by Silicon Valley Bancshares. Bentle lso serves as a director of Nanometrics Inc., a design and manufacturing company of high-performance metrology systems.
