'Smart Money' Is Still Buying Treasurys

A few weeks ago I wrote an article that suggested that the Smart Money was interested in buying long-term Treasury bonds when the values became attractive. I pinpointed two different ETFs directly tied to longer-term U.S. Treasury bonds and suggested that one would increase and the other would decline.
